Mileage271,683Service Date3/13/2026Services Performed- Diagnostic Findings: Our technician performed an inspection of the vehicle’s power steering system to determine the cause of the steering concern. During testing, the power steering pump was found to be malfunctioning and not maintaining proper hydraulic pressure. When the pump is unable to supply consistent pressure, it can cause loss of power steering assist and may also create vibration or rattling sensations that can be felt through the steering system and brake pedal area. The technician verified that the power steering pump is the source of the issue and is no longer operating properly. Recommendation: Replace the power steering pump and service the power steering system. After installation, the system should be refilled and properly bled to restore normal steering assist and eliminate the vibration concern.
