Verified P0128 in ECU. Test drove the vehicle while monitoring the engine data and verified the thermostat was stuck open enough to hinder reaching and maintaining engine operating temperature. Needs the thermostat. Tech also check the PCM for updates and found six available recommending we update the PCM as well

After two cleanings and test drives found leaking banjo fitting on top of the transmission. Tech was able to tighten the connection and resolved the leak. Test drove to verify. Car drove great on the test drives. Lead Tech felt a roughness on a cold start that he attributed to tight valves. Plus per the maintenance minder the car is due for a valve adjustment.

Found codes P0010 and P0011 for camshaft position solenoid control circuit open and performance. Functionally tested the VVT valves to make sure solenoid was the problem and not a problem with the phazers in the timing chain. Found timing working correctly and need to replace VVT Solenoid.
